Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. While the rooms were a bit noisy for a family-friendly recommendation and the showers were not properly enclosed, the location was safe and convenient with nearby metro access. The breakfast options were limited, but the service from Gordy was exceptional and welcoming.
The hotel provided clean and cozy rooms, making it very convenient. The staff were extremely polite and helpful, offering a suite of two adjacent rooms. The location, although close to the Metro Station, felt a bit far from the city center but was close to public transportation. The dining experience was good, with some minor cleanliness issues with cutlery. Overall, a comfortable stay with great service and convenient location.
The hotel had very small rooms, but they were sufficient and soundproof. Although the decor was nice, there was no card given for entry. The service was extremely helpful and welcoming, with great, polite, and caring staff even during busy breakfast times. The location, albeit a bit edgy in the 20th district known to be slightly unsafe, was convenient as it was close to the metro and tram stations. The dining offered good standard options, with the possibility to make additional beverages, but some found it to be cold and basic with minimal choices. The hotel had average facilities.
